The 25% discount applies only to services received during the active billing cycle. Unlimited treatments are subject to medical clearance and nurse availability. Membership reactivates automatically if resumed after cancellation. Add-ons will be included in the final treatment price prior to applying the membership discount. Membership is for individual use only and is non-transferable. Terms and pricing are subject to change with advance notice.
Friend Discount
The friend benefit is limited to one guest per month, and both the member and guest must be treated at the same time. Discounted services must be booked in the member’s name; any misuse, including rotating friends or sharing access, may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Cancellations
Missed appointments or unused benefits do not carry over to future billing cycles. Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid further charges. No partial refunds will be issued for unused membership benefits.
